• In general, for adults, take 1 tablet of Takecab Tablets 20mg (20 mg of vonoprazan), 1 tablet of Clarith tab. 200 (200 mg [titer] of clarithromycin) and 3 capsules of AMOLIN CAPSULES 250 (750 mg [titer] of amoxicillin hydrate) at a time, twice a day, for 7 days. The dosage of Clarith tab. 200 may be increased as required but the maximum daily dose is 2 tablets (400 mg [titer] of clarithromycin) at a time, twice a day. This medicine is supplied in pack sheets. Each sheet contains one morning and one evening doses (good for one day) (each dose: 1 tablet of Takecab Tablets 20mg, 2 tablet of Clarith tab. 200 and 3 capsules of AMOLIN CAPSULES 250). Strictly follow the instructions.

• If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is less than 5 hours to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.

• If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

• In general, apply 1 drop at a time, once daily. Strictly follow the instructions.
  Do not apply more than once daily since the effect of the medicine to lower intraocular pressure may be diminished if you apply the medicine frequently.
• Before using, wash your hands with soap and water. Apply the medicine not to touch the tip of eye dropper to any surface of your eye. After instilling, close your eyes and do not blink for a while. The medicine attached around the eye after applying, wipe it off immediately with wet gauze or tissue, or wash the face with the eyes closed. If any leaked and attached medicine remains on the face, it may cause darkening around the eye, or lengthening and thickening of eyelashes. If you need to use other eyedrops, wait at least 5 minutes before applying the other eyedrop.
• Contact lenses may be discolored due to the medicine. Therefore, you are wearing contact lenses, remove the contact lenses before applying the medicine, and wait for at least 15 minutes to wear the contact lenses.

• If you miss a dose before the end of the day, apply 1 drop immediately. If you noticed it on the next day, do not apply the previous day's dose, and apply 1 drop once a day. You should not use either two drops at one time or twice a day.

• foggy vision, sensitive to light, and/or decreased vision [posterior subcapsular cataracts when applying the medicine in large doses and/or over a long time]

• For hypertension: In general, for adults, take 0.5 to 1 tablet (2.5 to 5 mg of amlodipine) at a time, once daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to the symptoms, however, if the effect is insufficient, the dosage may be increased up to 2 tablets (10 mg), once daily. In general, for children aged 6 years and older, take 0.5 tablet (2.5 mg) at a time, once daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age, body weight and symptoms, however, the maximum daily dose is 1 tablet (5 mg).
  For angina pectoris: In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (5 mg of amlodipine) at a time, once daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to the symptoms.
  Strictly follow the instructions in any case.
• This medicine is orally disintegrating tablet. Take this medicine in either of the following ways:
  (1) Take this medicine with water or warm water as you do an ordinary tablet.
  (2) Soak the tablet with saliva on your tongue and crush it lightly with your tongue, then swallow it with saliva. However, never take the tablet without water when you are in a lying position.

• If you are a patient with hypertension and miss a dose, you may skip the missed dose.. Follow your regular dosing schedule from the next day. If you are a patient with angina pectoris and miss a dose, take a dose as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose (approx. within 8 hours), skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.

Precautions while taking this medicine

• This medicine may cause dizziness or lightheadedness due to decreasing of blood pressure. Pay close attention when you work at heights, drive a car or operate dangerous machinery.
• Grapefruit juice may intensify the antihypertensive action of this medicine. Do not take this medicine concomitantly with grapefruit juice.
