Effects of this medicine

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

• If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
  If you are a patient with gastric or duodenal ulcer, aspirin-induced asthma or its history, glaucoma, obstructive diseases in lower urinary tract, or hepatic function disorder.

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

• Your dosing schedule prescribed by your doctor is ((        to be written by a healthcare professional))

• In general, for infants aged 2 to 4 years old, take 1 g or 1 sachet (1 g) at a time, 4 times daily. For infants or children aged 5 to 8 years old, take 2 g or 2 sachets (2 g) at a time, 4 times daily. For children aged 9 to 11 years old, take 3 g or 3 sachets (3 g) at a time, 4 times daily. 
  The dosage may be adjusted according to your disease and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.

• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to your next dose, skip the missed dose. You should never take two doses at one time.

• If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

• Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Precautions while taking this medicine

Possible adverse reactions to this medicine

• breathlessness, swelling around eyes and/or mouth (lips), hives  [shock, anaphylaxis]
• high fever, fluid-filled blister, inflammation in mucous membrane of eyes, mouth, etc., general redness  [toxic epidermal necrolysis, mucocutaneous ocular syndrome, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, exfoliative dermatitis]
• palpitation or shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, gum bleeding  [aplastic anemia, pancytopenia, agranulocytosis, hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia]
• dry cough, breathlessness, fever  [interstitial pneumonia, eosinophilic pneumonia]
• malaise, loss of appetite, yellowness in skin or in the white of eyes  [fulminant hepatitis, hepatic function disorder, jaundice]

Storage conditions and other information

• Keep the medicine out of the reach of infants and children. Store it at room temperature (1 to 30 degrees Celsius) away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
