Effects of this medicine

This medicine has anti-inflammatory effect for prostate and shows micturition-promoting effect.
It is usually used to treat chronic prostatitis and following symptoms due to early stage benign prostatic hyperplasia such as difficulty in micturition, pollakiuria, residual urine, feeling of residual urine, micturition pain, week urinary stream and perineal discomfort.

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

  • If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Dosing schedule (How to take this medicine)

  • In general, for adults, take 2 tablets (126 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 2 or 3 times a day. The dose should be adjusted according to symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.

药效药理
◇抗炎作用
（1）对前列腺炎的作用
在给去势大鼠施用17β-雌二醇诱导的非细菌性前列腺炎模型中，腺上皮细胞的分泌功能得以恢复，炎性细胞向腺间隙和间质的浸润得到抑制。
（2）对炎症的影响
抑制卵清蛋白引起的大鼠急性足垫水肿和滤纸颗粒法抑制肉芽生长。
它抑制了牛血清白蛋白的热变性和大鼠红细胞的溶血作用（体外）。


◇促进排尿
（1）对膀胱功能的影响
在使用未麻醉的大鼠测量的膀胱压力曲线（膀胱计量）中，排尿时的最大膀胱压力增加了。排尿次数和排尿前的排尿阈值压力影响不大。
（2）对下尿道平滑肌的影响（体外）
小鼠离体的膀胱肌肉收缩，并且这种效果基于丝氨酸T-60。另一方面，去甲肾上腺素的收缩在小鼠的尿道肌肉中受到抑制，而丝氨酸GBX直接使猪的离体尿道肌肉松弛。


◇抗前列腺肥大作用
前列腺重量的增加分别在正常大鼠和用睾丸激素治疗的去势大鼠中得到抑制。另一方面，其他器官如精囊，睾丸，肾上腺的重量和组织病理学发现无明显变化。

 

 


适应症
1.慢性前列腺炎
2.早期前列腺肥大引起的各种症状。
排尿困难，排尿频繁，尿液残留和尿液残留的感觉，排尿疼痛，尿路小，会阴部不适。
用法与用量
每天口服2片，每次2至3次。剂量可以根据症状进行调整。
